Who should consider it?

Chickenpox is usually mild in young children but can be far more unpleasant in older children and adults. The vaccine is ideal for children, adults who never caught it, and people in close contact with vulnerable family members.

It’s a live vaccine, so it isn’t suitable during pregnancy or for people with weakened immune systems — our pharmacist checks suitability before every course.
