Prescriptions & Nominations

Simply fill in our online nomination form — it takes under 2 minutes and is completely free. Once nominated, your GP sends your prescriptions directly to us electronically and we prepare them for collection or send them out by free local delivery.

Yes, you can change your nominated pharmacy at any time. You can do this online, through your GP surgery or by asking us directly.

Use our online repeat prescription request form. We will forward your request to your GP who will issue the prescription electronically. Please allow 2–3 working days, though timing depends on your GP.

Yes — all NHS prescription deliveries are completely free of charge to all of our delivery areas.

We deliver free to every address within roughly five miles of the pharmacy — West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Great Barr, Wednesbury, Tipton, Tividale, Handsworth, Smethwick, Oldbury and Walsall. Deliveries go out with our own drivers, and we'll let you know when your medication is on its way. Not sure if you're covered? Use the postcode checker on our services page or give us a call.

We are a community pharmacy — you're welcome to pop in and collect, or use our free local delivery if you can't get to us (free across nine local areas).

Pharmacy First

Pharmacy First is an NHS service that allows you to get treatment for 7 common conditions directly from our pharmacist without needing a GP appointment. It is free to eligible patients.

Infected insect bites, impetigo, shingles, sinusitis, sore throat and urinary tract infections (women aged 16–64 only) — assessed by video or phone consultation.

No appointment is needed — just call us or request a callback and our pharmacist will assess you by video or phone. Use our online eligibility checker on the Pharmacy First page to see if you qualify before visiting.

Yes, Pharmacy First is a fully funded NHS service. There is no charge for the consultation or any medicines provided.

Weight Loss Clinic

We offer Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and Wegovy (semaglutide) — all clinically proven injectable weight loss treatments supervised by our pharmacist.

You must have a BMI of 30 or above. If you are taking any medications our pharmacist will review these before starting treatment. Request a free consultation call and we will advise you.
