Prescriptions & Nominations

Simply fill in our online nomination form — it takes under 2 minutes and is completely free. Once nominated, your GP sends your prescriptions directly to us electronically and we prepare them ready for collection or delivery.

Yes, you can change your nominated pharmacy at any time. You can do this online, through your GP surgery or by asking us directly.

Use our online repeat prescription request form. We will forward your request to your GP who will issue the prescription electronically. Please allow 2–3 working days, though timing depends on your GP.

Yes — all NHS prescription deliveries are completely free of charge to all of our delivery areas. Shop product orders have a flat £2 delivery fee.

We deliver to West Bromwich, Handsworth, Great Barr, Oldbury, Smethwick, Tividale, Tipton, Walsall and Wednesbury. Enter your postcode on our services page to check.

Pharmacy First

Pharmacy First is an NHS service that allows you to get treatment for 7 common conditions directly from our pharmacist without needing a GP appointment. It is free to eligible patients.

Earache (1–17 years), infected insect bites, impetigo, shingles, sinusitis, sore throat and urinary tract infections (women aged 16–64 only).

No appointment is needed — just walk in or call us and our pharmacist will assess you. Use our online eligibility checker on the Pharmacy First page to see if you qualify before visiting.

Yes, Pharmacy First is a fully funded NHS service. There is no charge for the consultation or any medicines provided.

Online Shop

Browse our products, add them to your basket and proceed to checkout. For certain medicines a short screening questionnaire is required before purchase. A pharmacist reviews all orders before dispatch.

A flat £2 delivery fee applies to all shop orders within our delivery zone. Check your postcode on the services page to confirm.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of your order being reviewed and confirmed by our pharmacist.

Some medicines require a brief health questionnaire to ensure they are safe and appropriate for you. This is a legal requirement for certain pharmacy medicines and is there to protect you.

Due to the nature of pharmacy products, we cannot accept returns of medicines once they have left the pharmacy unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Contact us if you have an issue.

Weight Loss Clinic

We offer Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and Wegovy (semaglutide) — all clinically proven injectable weight loss treatments supervised by our pharmacist.

You must have a BMI of 30 or above. If you are taking any medications our pharmacist will review these before starting treatment. Request a free consultation call and we will advise you.

Monday to Friday 8:30am–6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–1:00pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Yes — free NHS blood pressure checks are available as a walk-in service during opening hours. No appointment needed.

Yes — we offer monitored dosage system blister packs for patients managing multiple medications. There is a waiting list for the free service or you can access it immediately for £10 per month. See our MDS trays page for more details.
