If you care for someone who takes several medicines a day, you know the anxiety by heart: Did mum take the morning ones? Were those the Tuesday tablets? Is the box in the kitchen the old dose or the new one?
MDS blister packs — also called dosette boxes or trays — exist to end exactly that. Every dose, organised by day and time, sealed into a labelled weekly grid, prepared by the pharmacy.
Each week's medication is dispensed into a sealed blister tray divided by day (Monday to Sunday) and time slot (morning, lunch, evening, night). The person taking them — or the carer — simply pops the right compartment at the right time. Nothing to sort, nothing to count, and one glance shows whether a dose was taken. When prescriptions change, we update the trays; you never have to decode a new regime yourself.
Older people managing multiple long-term conditions. Anyone with memory difficulties or early dementia. People recovering after hospital discharge with a changed medication list. Families sharing caring duties who need at-a-glance certainty. And paid carers, for whom clear, auditable dosing is part of safe practice.

NHS provision is prioritised by clinical need; where there's a waiting list, a priority private option (£25/month) starts trays immediately.
