Weight loss injections are everywhere right now — and so are websites happy to post them out after a two-minute form. If you're in Sandwell and thinking about Wegovy or Mounjaro, the more important question isn't where's cheapest, it's who is actually going to look after you: check your history properly, get the titration right, and be reachable when you have side effects in week three.

A proper baseline: weight, height and BMI measured rather than self-reported, blood pressure, your medical history and current medicines, and a frank conversation about which treatment fits — or whether medication is right for you at all. Wegovy and Mounjaro have genuine eligibility criteria, and a clinic that never says no isn't a clinic.
Both medicines are titrated — the dose steps up gradually over months, and the step-ups are where side effects bite and people give up. We schedule reviews around each dose change, track your progress against a realistic target, and adjust the plan when life gets in the way. If nausea, reflux or anything else is making a dose hard to live with, you talk to the pharmacist who knows your file, usually the same day.
These medicines are effective, but they're a tool, not the whole answer — appetite returns when treatment stops, so the eating and activity habits built during treatment are what protect the result.
