Our pharmacist can assess your symptoms and provide the appropriate medicine free of charge for the following conditions.

Headache & Mild Pain

For mild to moderate pain including headaches, dental pain, period pain and muscle aches.

What we can supply:

Paracetamol 500mg tablets, ibuprofen 200mg or 400mg tablets, and aspirin 300mg tablets.

Fever (Pyrexia)

To reduce high temperature in adults and children.

What we can supply:

Paracetamol 500mg tablets or liquid for children, and ibuprofen tablets or liquid.

Coughs & Colds

For symptomatic relief of coughs, blocked nose and cold symptoms.

What we can supply:

Simple linctus, pholcodine cough syrup, pseudoephedrine nasal decongestant, and saline nasal spray.

Sore Throat

For symptomatic relief of sore throat pain and inflammation.

What we can supply:

Throat lozenges containing benzocaine or lidocaine, Difflam spray, and soluble aspirin gargle for adults.

Indigestion & Heartburn

For heartburn, acid reflux, indigestion and trapped wind.

What we can supply:

Antacids such as Gaviscon and Rennie, omeprazole 10mg for adults, and simeticone for trapped wind.

Constipation

For short-term relief of constipation in adults and children.

What we can supply:

Senna tablets, lactulose liquid, ispaghula husk (Fybogel), and glycerol suppositories.

Diarrhoea

For acute diarrhoea and dehydration. Loperamide for adults only.

What we can supply:

Oral rehydration sachets such as Dioralyte, and loperamide for adults only.

Hayfever & Allergies

For hay fever, allergic rhinitis, urticaria and allergic eye conditions.

What we can supply:

Cetirizine 10mg, loratadine 10mg, chlorphenamine tablets, sodium cromoglicate eye drops, and beclometasone nasal spray.

Mouth Ulcers & Oral Health

For mouth ulcers, minor gum problems and oral hygiene.

What we can supply:

Bonjela gel, Difflam mouthwash, chlorhexidine mouthwash, and sodium bicarbonate mouthwash.

Head Lice

For treatment of head lice infestations in adults and children.

What we can supply:

Dimeticone lotion (Hedrin), malathion lotion, and a fine-tooth detection comb.

Dry Skin & Eczema

For dry, itchy or sensitive skin and mild eczema.

What we can supply:

Emollient creams such as E45, Diprobase and Doublebase, Hydromol ointment, and bath emollients.

Dry Eyes

For dry, irritated or uncomfortable eyes.

What we can supply:

Hypromellose eye drops, carbomer gel, and sodium hyaluronate drops.

Sleep Problems

For short-term sleep problems in adults over 18. Not for regular use.

What we can supply:

Promethazine hydrochloride (Phenergan) for short-term sleep disturbance in adults over 18.

Athlete's Foot

For fungal skin infections affecting the feet and between toes.

What we can supply:

Clotrimazole cream or spray, terbinafine cream, and miconazole powder.

Nappy Rash

For nappy rash and minor skin irritation in infants.

What we can supply:

Zinc oxide cream, Sudocrem, and Bepanthen cream.

Threadworms

For threadworm (pinworm) infections. All household members should be treated simultaneously.

What we can supply:

Mebendazole tablets or liquid (Vermox). The entire household should be treated at the same time.

Vitamins & Supplements

Preventative supplementation for eligible patients including pregnant women and young children.

What we can supply:

Vitamin D, Folic acid (pregnancy), Iron supplements, Vitamin C

Simply visit us in store. No appointment needed. Our pharmacist will ask a few questions to ensure the treatment is right for you.
