• Twist off the cap and massage the rollerball directly onto the required area.
• On first application, apply sparingly as individuals may experience the warming effect differently.
• If a stronger warming effect is required, reapply as necessary.
•Use as required, including before or after exercise.
•Replace the cap securely after use.
•Wash hands thoroughly after application.
