• Clean and dry your skin before application.
• Open the foil packet and peel away the protective film.
• Place the adhesive side directly onto the painful area on your skin (or onto clothing if you have sensitive or aging skin).
• Do not cut, fold, wet, or microwave the patch.
• Do not use for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
• Do not wear the patch while sleeping.
• Do not apply to broken, damaged, bruised or swollen skin.
• Do not use on infants, children, or anyone who cannot remove the patch independently.
• Do not use together with other topical medicines, pain-relief rubs or external heat sources such as electric blankets.
• Do not use if the patch is torn or damaged.
• Heat patches may cause skin irritation, burns or blistering. Remove the patch immediately if it becomes uncomfortably hot or causes irritation or a rash.
• If you have delicate or ageing skin, follow the product instructions regarding application to clothing rather than directly onto the skin.
• Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have diabetes, poor circulation, nerve damage, a skin condition, or an allergy to plasters.
### Storage
* Store in a **cool, dry place**, away from direct sunlight.
* Keep out of the **reach of children and pets**.
• Keep each patch in its **sealed protective pouch** until ready for use.
• Do not open a pouch until you are ready to use the patch, as the patch is air-activated and begins warming once exposed to air.
• Do not attempt to reheat or reuse an activated patch.
• Dispose of used patches with normal household waste.
